(C) The bi-stability of the model is evaluated in the logarithmic scale for a wide range of fluences in a phase diagram of healthy and diseased keratinocytes. Only fluences above 500 Jcm−2 yield a shift the dominant keratinocyte population and the phenotype of the skin. (D) Fluences below this level remain in the disease state.
