791, 833, and 892 inhibit cytoplasmic accumulation of HIV-1 US RNA. HeLa rtTA HIV GagGFP C7 cells were treated with 791 (30 µM), 833 (2 µM), or 892 (15 µM) for 4 h prior to Dox induction. Cells were fixed 24 h after Dox addition and processed for FISH using probes to HIV-1 US RNA. Representative fluorescent in situ hybridization images of cells treated with DMSO or the indicated compounds (N ≥ 3). Cells were viewed at 630X (oil immersion) magnification.
