Following [48], hypo-perfused vessels are characterised as those with mean intravascular velocity below 0.1 mm/s, perfused vessels are those falling in the range of [0.1, 0.5] mm/s, and the rest (>0.5 mm/s) are considered well-perfused blood vessels. The percentage of collapsed vessels fell between approximately 4–6% with respect to the total amount of vessels in the vascular tree.
