Cell cycle analysis of B16-F0 cells after treatment with DMSO (0.1%), cisplatin and EE-AC (IC50) for 48 h. After drug treatment, cells were examined with PI fluorescence and analyzed by flow cytometry. The data were normalized and calculated as a percentage of the control value and they represent the mean ± SD.
