UV-microirradiated MCF7 (a–c) and HepG2 (d,e) cells were analyzed by immunofluorescence microscopy with antibodies against B-Myb, phosphorylated Nbs1(Ser343) and γH2AX. (f) Extracts from untreated or UV-irradiated (30 J/m2) BrdU-prelabeled MCF7 cells were precipitated with antibodies against B-Myb or pre-immune serum (control). Immunoprecipitates and aliquots of the total cell extract (TCE) were immunoblotted using antibodies against Rad50, Nbs1, Mre11 and B-Myb.
