Control 3T3-L1 cells were differentiated in the absence of a differentiation inducer. During the induction of differentiation, the cells were treated with COST at concentrations of 1, 10 and 100 μg mL⁻¹, except for the model adipocytes not exposed to COST, different concentrations COST suppressed fat accumulation of adipose cells was observed in this figure.
