Effect of COST on the expression of PPARγ and C/EBPα. During differentiation, 3T3-L1 cells were exposed to COST at concentrations of 1, 10 and 100 μg mL−1, except for the model adipocytes not exposed to COST. Control adipocytes were not treated with a differentiation inducer. The results showed COST effectively inhibited the expression of PPARγ and C/EBPα.
