Effects of apigenin on cell membrane integrity in cervical cancer cell lines and HaCaT cells. HeLa, SiHa, CaSki, C33A, and HaCaT cells were exposed to apigenin (IC50 of each cell line), and cell membrane integrity was detected using a PI fluorescence probe. Arbitrary units (relative fluorescence units, RFU) were based directly on fluorescence intensity.
