(A) SH-SY5Y cells were pre-cultured at 37 °C or 32 °C for 1 d and the induction of RBM3 protein was detected by Western blotting. (B) 2 d post transfection of RBM3 siRNA or scramble siRNA (ctl), cells were continued to culture at 37 °C for 1–3 d, and MTT assay was performed to evaluate cytotoxicity of siRNAs. (C–E) 2 d post transfection of siRNAs, cells were pre-cultured for 1 d at 37 °C or 32 °C and then treated with SNP (1 mM) for 16 h. (C) Cell viability was assessed by MTT assay.
