The genes models were defined on the table using the genomic sequence length (bp), the CDS length (bp), the protein length (aa) and the categories (CAT) as a quality index for the annotator (CAT01, CAT02, and CAT03 correspond to biological evidence found on Triticum and Aegilops Full-length cDNAs, Poaceae Full-length cDNAs and CDS from O. sativa (IRGSP) and B. distachyon genomes annotation, respectively, the genes models predicted by EuGene belong to CAT04.
