Noni fruit juice consumption reduces key inflammatory cytokines in the intestine in a dose-dependent manner. C57BL/6 mice were exposed to dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) 2.5% and treated daily with noni fruit juice. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed in gut homogenates. (a) TNF-α, (b) IL-12, (c) IFN-γ, (d) IL-17, (e) IL-23, (f) IL-4, and (g) IL-10.
