Wy 14643 accelerates the catabolism of 2-ClHA in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were pretreated with or without Wy14643 (10 μM) overnight and then incubated with 50 μM 2-ClHA for 0, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h. α-ClDCA present in cell culture medium was analyzed as described in the Materials and Methods.
