MV-infected tumor cells induce TRAIL expression on pDCs and CD1c⁺ DCs. pDCs were cultured with IL3 or with MV-infected or UV-irradiated M18 melanoma cells (A). CD1c⁺ DCs were cultured alone (−) or with MV-infected or UV-irradiated M18 melanoma cells (B). The expression of TRAIL by the indicated cells was determined by flow cytometry.
