The video shows a Zfp106 knockout mouse and a littermate control at 10 weeks of age. The Zfp106 knockout displays abnormal gait due to hind limb paralysis, severe kyphosis, wasting, and persistent hind limb clasping at tail suspension. The wild type mouse displays normal gait and normal extension of the hind limbs away from the abdomen during the tail suspension test.
