Expression level of PARG1 in normal tissues by RT-PCR.We evaluated the expression level of PARG1 in various human normal tissues by RT-PCR. The expression level was high in heart, spleen, testis, placenta, stomach, and colon. Low expression levels were observed in brain, kidney, small intestine, muscle, and lung. PARG1 was not expressed in liver. Thirty cycles of RT-PCR were done with the PARG1-specific primers as described in Materials and Methods. GAPDH mRNA expression was used as an internal control.
