Morphology of C. albicans in the presence of taurocholic acid and farnesol. C. albicans yeast cells were incubated in RPMI medium at 37°C in the absence or presence of 10 mg/ml taurocholate, 200 μM farnesol or combinations thereof. Morphology was analyzed by light microscopy at the time of inoculation and at 3, 6, and 24 h.
