The levels of APOA1, APOE, PTGDS and VDBP mRNA were measured in the lumbar spinal cord of rats, 2 or 5 weeks after a CCI of the sciatic nerve. The data were analysed by means of two-way ANOVA with sham-operation/ligation and saline/indomethacin as factors, showing a significant interaction for all 4 mRNAs in the 5 week groups.
