In vitro-synthesized RNA was transfected into Huh-7.5.1 cells, and the cells were harvested at 4, 24, and 48 h posttransfection. The luciferase activity in the cell lysates was measured and expressed as the fold increase from the values at 4 h posttransfection to correct for transfection efficiency. Independent assays were performed in triplicate, and the data are presented as the mean number of relative light units (RLU) ± standard deviation at 24 h and 48 h posttransfection.
