Effect of rapamycin on expression of survival/apoptosis-related molecules in germinal center (GC) B cells. LCMV Armstrong-infected B6 mice were treated daily with rapamycin from day −1 postinfection. Flow cytometry analysis of the survival/apoptosis-related molecules Bim (A), Bcl-xl (B), Mcl-1 (C), and activated pan-caspase (D) on PNAhigh FAShigh B220+ germinal center B cells from vehicle- or rapamycin-treated mice was performed on day 10 postinfection.
