K_i values are calculated directly from IC₅₀ values. IC₅₀ values are the average of at least two replicates. All experimental standard error values are less than 15%.

Values are calculating by the ratios of respective K_i values of nNOS single mutant or double mutant nNOS to those with WT rat nNOS.

n/e selectivity values are calculated by the inverse of the ratios of respective K_i values measured with nNOS and eNOS.
