A. Immature DCs generated from C57BL/6 mouse BM cells with (Mino-DCs) or without (Ctrl-DCs) minocycline were stimulated with LPS for 24 h to mature, and then transferred to BALB/c mice (1 × 10⁶/mouse). DCs generated from BM cells of BALB/c mice served as a syngeneic DC control. After 7 days, spleen cells were isolated and subjected to flow cytometry. Cells were gated on CD4⁺ cells, and analyzed for the expression of CD25 and Foxp3. B. The proportion of CD25⁺Foxp3⁺ T cells in the CD4⁺ cell population of each experimental group. **P < 0.01. C.
