RT-qPCR analysis shows a significant modulation of gene expression of cell-cell (CDH1, CDH5) and cell-substrate (FN1) molecules interactions, the stem cell marker SOX2 and oncogenic signaling molecules (PRKCA, PRKCB1). Progressive upregulation of the tumor suppressor RB1 and PRKCB1 isoform during cell differentiation is shown. Results represent the mean of two independent experiments performed in triplicate.
