(A) Scheme representing the strategy for overexpression of Slug in HSCs in vivo. Lin⁻ BMCs (CD45.2⁺) were infected with pMig-Slug or pMig (vector control) and then mixed with splenocytes (1.5×10⁶, CD45.1⁺ helper cells) before transplanted into lethally irradiated recipient mice (CD45.1⁺).
