CD68 expression in LPS-treated BV2 microglia. Immunocytochemistry was used to investigate the expression of CD68 (a marker of microglia activation). CD68 expression was higher in LPS treated BV2 microglia than in non-treated controls, and tryptanthrin pretreatment attenuated this LPS-induced expression.
