Ten nanomolar FAM70 DNA was incubated with MMLV-RT in the presence of the indicated deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates for 5, 30, and 120 min. Unreacted controls are shown at the top. For some peaks, relative sizes are indicated. (c) Tails were removed by blunting. Ten nanomolar FAM70 DNA was incubated with MMLV-RT in the presence of dGTP for 2 h, purified by phenol/chloroform/isoamylalcohol extraction and ethanol precipitation, and then subjected to blunting by KOD polymerase.
