Striatal dopamine terminal density. G2019S LRRK2 (TG) expression does not induce changes in striatal dopaminergic terminal density compared to wild-type (WT) at 4, 8, and 12 months old. Quantification was carried out in the dorsal striatum. The average immunofluorescence intensity for 3–5 coronal striatal slices was normalized to mean WT at specified time-point. Data expressed as mean ± S.E.M. n = 7–10/group.
