Fig. 1. Subsynovial fibroblasts from patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were transfected with Ad-RLN and Ad-LacZ. The expressions of beta-galactosidase and relaxin compared to cells transfected with control with TGF-β1 or treated with SB505124, a TGF-β inhibitor, indicate a highly efficient transduction rate for the adenoviral construct.
