Models adjust for exact age (to month) when age 10 adiposity (BMI or pictogram) was obtained. These dependent variables were only analyzed with predictor variables BMI and pictogram at age 10yr, as these are the only factors always measured earlier in time; for example, for many girls their BMI immediately before PHV was measured at age 11yr or later, and thus was not prior to growth from age 10 to 18yr.
