Total % reductions for BH, ARW, and CBA. BH reduction from immediately postoperation to the final follow‐up was markedly greater in the mandible (40.8%) than in the maxilla (17.03%). In contrast, similar reductions in ARW were observed in the mandible (24.6%) and the maxilla (21.18%). Consequently, reductions in bone area according to cross‐sectional images were 41.78% in the mandible and 28.30% in the maxilla.
