PMCs were obtained from WT mice (black) and mice deficient for TRPV1, TRPV2, and TRPV4 (red). Graphs show the time course of [Ca²⁺]_i changes in Fura-2 loaded PMCs stimulated with 100ng/ml DNP-FcεRI^ᵻ (A), 50μg/ml Compound 48–80 (B), and 100nM Endothelin-1 (C). Data are presented as the 340/380-nm fluorescence ratio (F340/380). ^ᵻCells were preincubated with αDNP-IgE overnight. Graphs represent the mean ± SEM of at least 3 independent PMCs preparations.
