B6 and C3.SW-H2^b/SnJ mice are able to recruit activated T cells to the lungs after aerosol infection with M. tuberculosis. The percentages of CD4⁺ or CD8⁺ T cells in the lungs of infected B6 or C3.SW-H2^b/SnJ mice that expressed CD69⁺, CD62L⁺, or CD11a⁺ are shown for one experiment that was repeated three times with similar results.
