GFP fluorescence was observed under a Leica M205 C stereo microscope. Bars = 5 mm. (b) Quantitative fluorometric assay of tobacco leaves prepared in (a). The fluorescence value was calculated relative to CK of 2 × GTTGA. The full-length GRMZM2G315431 promoter and 35S minimum promoter were used as the positive and negative controls, respectively.
