Raw264.7 was seeded (2 × 10⁵ cells/350 μL) in 24-well plates overnight, and stimulated by PGN (25 mg/L) and different concentrations of MCL for 3, 6 or 18 h. Cell culture supernatants were collected and the concentrations of IL-6 (a), TNF-α (b), MCP-1 (d) and IL-10 (e) were detected by ELISA. IL-1β (c) mRNA expression was examined by qRT-PCR.
