Knockdown efficiency and suppression of ACSL4 expression by Ad-shPPARδ transduction. Hamster primary hepatocytes were transduced with indicated MOIs of Ad-shPPARδ or Ad-shLacZ for 3 days. The mRNA levels of PPARs (A) and ACSL isoforms (B) in transduced cells were measured by q-PCR.
