The slope angle of the fitted line is approximately −0.01, i.e. Lrel is independent of log [MΣ]. All Lrel values are also less than 0.2 which, according to the models of formation of fibrillar aggregates; means that the formation of actin fibrils occurs by the linear mechanism (see [39]). The size of the primary nucleus was calculated from the slope to be n=3.4±0.5.
