(A) Western Blot analysis of MLH1 protein level in A549 cells transfected with control or miR-148b mimic or miR-148b plus MLH1 cDNA. β-Actin was used as loading control. The MLH1 to β-actin ratio is 1:0.12:1.8. (B) Clonogenic survival in cells described in (A) after exposure to 2, 4 or 8 Gy of γ-radiation. Survival was normalized to unirradiated control cells. Student's t test was used to compare the difference between control and miR-148b mimic group.
