Effect of FeTPPS on IkB-a, NF-κB p65. IkB-α was significantly degraded in brain tissues obtained from TBI-induced mice (A). FeTPPS treatment mice prevented TBI-induced IkB-α degradation (A). Nuclear NF-κB p65 translocation was significantly increased in brain nuclear fractions from TBI-induced mice compared with FeTPPS treated mice (B).
