Isolator and IVC samples displayed a low to moderate separate clustering from each other (Unweighted: p = 0.001, R = 0.34; Weighted: p = 0.003, R = 0.04). P = parent mice inoculated at 6 weeks of age; F1 and F2 = offspring generations born with the microbiota.
