Evaluation of cell proliferation by CCK-8 assays showed that down-regulation of CLASP2 dramatically inhibited the cell proliferation rate of CRL 1749 cells (a), whereas overexpression of CLASP2 significantly promoted the growth of HTB9 cells (b). Clonogenic formation assay found that CLASP2 increased bladder cancer cells proliferation (c) (**P <.01, *P <0.05)
