Hyperalgesia is modulated by opioid receptor antagonist. The effect of NLXM on the paw withdrawal latency was determined >day 60 after i.a. injections. Data are represented as means ± SEM. Thresholds in ACIA-mice were significantly reduced ipsilaterally at 15 min after NLXM injection as compared to baseline thresholds (Friedman and Dunn’s test, §§§ P < 0.001), N = 7–8 mice. No effect was observed in the ipsilateral paw of non-immunized animals or in the contralateral paws of both groups (one-way RM ANOVA and Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test, P > 0.05)
