Mouse DCs (b–d) or human DCs (f–h) pulsed with LPS (100 ng ml⁻¹) were co-cultured with mouse or human T cells, respectively. The expression of IL-17 and IFNγ in T cells was determined with FCM (b) or qPCR (f); MFI of the indicated gene in T cells (c) and mRNA of the indicated genes in T cells (g); the levels of IL-6 in the indicated supernatant (d,h) were determined.
