(A) The BRCA1-mutated TNBC cell lines MDA-MB-436 and HCC1937 were treated with CBP (10 μM) plus GEM (100 nM) combined with or without olaparib (10 μM) for the indicated times, and then, the cell viability was determined with an MTT assay. The results show data from six independent experiments expressed as the mean ± SD. p < 0.05. (B) A miRNA microarray was performed to detect differentially expressed miRNAs of MDA-MB-436 and HCC1937 cells treated with CBP plus GEM combined with or without olaparib for 72 h. The green in the legend represents down-regulation, and the red represents upregulation (>1.5-fold change in expression, p < 0.05). (C) Validation by qRT–PCR of candidate miRNAs that showed significant differential expression in the miRNA microarray. The error bars represent the mean of three separate determinations ± the standard deviation (SD). *p < 0.05.
