BMDMs derived from wild type (WT), TLR2^−/− or TLR4^−/− mice were cultured with conditioned medium (c.m.) from uninfected, CVB3-infected or Tm-treated myocardiocytes for 24 h, and then expression of GRP78 in co-cultured macrophages was detected by western blot assays.
