Radiolabelling yield versus ligand concentration for ⁶⁸Ga-DOTA (pH 4.4, 30 min, 100 °C), ⁶⁸Ga-NOTA (pH 3.6, 10 min, room temperature), ⁶⁸Ga-HBED (pH 4.6, 10 min, room temperature) and ⁶⁸Ga-THP, (pH 6.5, 5 min, room temperature).
