Effect of ketamine and methoxetamine on body weight of rats over a 12-weeks period. Rats were injected with normal saline (CON, n = 6), 30 mg/kg methoxetamine (MXE, n = 6) or 30 mg/kg ketamine (KET, n = 6) for a period of 12 weeks. There were significant differences between the three groups from Week 2 to Week 12 (except at 10 weeks, p > 0.05).
