Mice were challenged with tMCAO and eupatilin (Eup, 10 mg/kg, p.o.) was administered immediately after reperfusion. Effects of eupatilin on microglial activation were determined in tMCAO-challenged brain 22 h after reperfusion by immunohistochemistry against Iba1.
