(B) PiLLP expression in vegetative mycelia (MY), sporangia (SP), zoospores (ZO), cysts (CY), cyst germination (GC), and in the susceptible patato cv. Impala at different time course post-inoculation, in comparison to MY (value, 1.0). The elongation factor 1 (ef1) gene was used as an inner control. Three replicates were used for each treatment and the whole experiment was repeated with a different set of biological samples. Bars represent the standard deviation of three replicates.
