Level of HSP70 (70 kDa), CK-MB (43 kDa) (A.) as well as beta-actin (42 kDa), antibody light (25 kDa) and heavy chains (50 kDa) (B.) in tissues from naïve and MA-EBOV surviving mice were simultaneously assessed by WB. Beta Actin was used as loading control. For each blot, lane 1–3: naïve mice; 4–6: MA-EBOV surviving mice (3 weeks post challenge). Representative blots from 2 separate experiments.
