Compared to WT, qRT-PCR analysis of DKO hearts revealed significant down-regulation of FAO genes Pgc1α, and m-Cpt1/2 (A–C). Additionally, the regulator of glucose oxidation Pdk4 was also altered in DKO hearts (D). All gene expression data were normalized to 36b4.
