The box was conceived to allow the head of the rabbit to be maintained in front of the aerosol particles and drops cloud generated by the nebulizer. Aerosol sessions were performed 15–20 min daily from day 26 to day 28 either with ovalbumin (OVA rabbits) or with saline (control rabbits).
